Rising stage and film actress Haylie Duff (Hairspray, the feature film Napoleon Dynamite, TV's 7th Heaven) and actress Ashley Austin Morris (Die Mommie Die) have joined the July cast of the off-Broadway hit Love, Loss and What I Wore. They join previously announced stars Penny Fuller (the current and continuing “Gingy”), Sharon Lawrence (TV’s NYPD Blue) and Myra Lucretia Taylor (Nine). The five women begin their run at the Westside Theatre on June 30 and will continue through July 25, directed by Karen Carpenter.
Written by Nora and Delia Ephron, Love, Loss, and What I Wore is a collection of personal stories about the memories triggered by clothing based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman and the recollections of the Ephrons’ friends. Winner of a 2010 Drama Desk Award and Broadway.com Audience Award, the show is performed by a rotating cast of five actors who join the cast for four-week cycles.
Currently featured through June 27 are Penny Fuller, Rachael Harris, Diane Neal, Cobie Smulders and Sherri Shepherd.
